” The customer is always right ”
1.       Do you agree that?
-          Yes I do, because the customer can be likened to as the king, so the customer should get the best service from the sales clerk. If I become a customer for sure also I want to be serviced with great hospitality and full of smiles from the sales clerk, because I think the hospitality is the key of a best service and a smile that always make the customer feel appreciated and be respected, so that the customer gets the satisfaction of these services have been provided by the sales clerk and also get a good impression for the customer.

2.      Look at this definition. Think of your own good experiences as the customer.
-          It’s about people, not just places.

-          It’s about and always smiling
(I had an experience a satisfactory service from a customer service girl in a bank, that when I want to open a new bank account and she is from the beginning of talking until the end with her, surely she always smile to me and I felt myself very appreciated by her. Her name is Aini, she has beautiful face, tall body and she is so kind then friendly.)

-          It’s about and always listening
(I had an experience a satisfactory service from the waitress in one of the restaurant in south Jakarta, my parents and I ate together to celebrated my mother’s birthday about three years ago. at the first time I got maximum service from a waitress who unlike waitress before, she was always able to understand what we want, and always listen to what we requesting even though is a little bit sidetracked from the composition should have been on the list of menu.)

-          It’s about delighting the customer, not just serving the customer
