1. Do you agree that?

Yes I do, because the customer can be likened to as the king, so the customer
should get the best service from the sales clerk. If I become a customer
for sure also I want to be serviced with great hospitality and full of smiles
from the sales clerk, because I think the hospitality is the key of a best
service and a smile that always make the customer feel appreciated and be respected,
so that the customer gets the satisfaction of these services have been provided
by the sales clerk and also get a good impression for the customer.

definition. Think of your own good experiences as the customer.

experience a satisfactory service from a customer service girl in a bank, that
